Practical pistol/Bullseye |

Providing the opportunity
to improve basic marksmanship skills in a safe, controlled,
yet fun and recreational atmosphere including an introduction to
NRA conventional pistol competition and assisting novice
marksmen and women learn the fun of regular marksmanship
practice. |

Bullseye targets will be at 50
feet. Targets will turn to face the shooter when firing is
allowed and turn away when firing is concluded. Basic Equipment
Requirements: Eye and ear protection, any handgun, 17 caliber
rim fire through 500 S&W, revolver or automatic, 100 rounds of
ammo. Note: While you can participate with large magnums,
it's best to start with a 22 or smaller caliber handguns. |

Fees: Standard Range fees
apply, plus $3/round for targets. |
|
|
|
Age limits: any individual who
is old enough to be responsible with a handgun. 8 years or
older is probably a good minimum, though there are no set rules. |
|
|
|
Who can do it: Any
responsible marksman or woman. |
|
|
|
Starting time: The first relay
will start promptly at 6:30 pm each Tuesday starting in mid-October. Up to three relays will be held per night with
each relay lasting approximately 1 hour. |

|
|
Registration: Prior registration
is not required, but each relay is limited to 15 participants so
arrive with sufficient time to claim a spot on your desired
relay. |
